Bass, Berry & Sims member Jeremy Gunn is serving as Vice Chair of the American Bar Association’s 2026 Antitrust in Healthcare Conference and will moderate the panel “The Art of the Case: Litigators’ Lessons”.
The panel will examine litigation strategy in an increasingly complex and high-stakes antitrust environment, where parties must navigate aggressive federal and state enforcement, private class actions, and novel theories of harm.
