Bass, Berry & Sims member Jeremy Gunn is serving as Vice Chair of the American Bar Association’s 2026 Antitrust in Healthcare Conference and will moderate the panel “The Art of the Case: Litigators’ Lessons”.

The panel will examine litigation strategy in an increasingly complex and high-stakes antitrust environment, where parties must navigate aggressive federal and state enforcement, private class actions, and novel theories of harm. Drawing on their experience trying and arguing these cases, the panelists will share practical insights and lessons for effectively managing healthcare antitrust litigation.

The panel will feature Jennifer Fleury (Hogan Lovells LLP), Jamie France (Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP), and Sara Razi (Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP).

The American Bar Association’s Antitrust in Healthcare Conference brings together leading practitioners, in-house counsel, economists, and government officials to discuss the latest legal and regulatory developments affecting the healthcare sector.
