Kolby Boyd counsels clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and securities regulations matters and filings.
Kolby earned his law degree from Cornell Law School and a B.S. in psychology with a certificate in neuroscience and minors in biology and animal behavior from Indiana University. During law school, Kolby served as a legal intern for the Bureau of Engraving and Printing at the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
