He has worked with clients across several industries, including real estate, healthcare, automotive, construction and technology / telecommunications. His practice includes negotiating purchase and sale agreements and related documents; managing and conducting the due diligence process for acquisitions and dispositions; and advising on various general corporate matters including entity formation and corporate governance.
Prior to beginning his legal career, Paul served in the U.S. Marine Corps in the Middle East aboard the USS Constellation.
