We represented IQuity Labs, a life science tech company, in its second round of seed financing totaling nearly $2.4 million. The capital will be used to open IQuity’s CLIA-certified laboratory in Nashville, Tennessee, and support the launch of IsolateMS – its first diagnostic test and the first RNA-based diagnostic test to detect multiple sclerosis. The investors in this round were not disclosed.
