We represented AMSURG, an independent leader in ambulatory surgery center services, operating a network of more than 250 surgery centers nationwide, in its definitive agreement to be acquired by Ascension Health, one of the nation’s leading Catholic and non-profit health systems. We have represented AMSURG for more than 30 years.

Upon closing, this transaction will add more than 250 ambulatory surgery centers across 34 states to Ascension’s existing network, enhancing its ability to provide care in gastroenterology, ophthalmology, orthopedics and other specialties through community-based settings that are more accessible to patients.
