Ashley Gholston Fowler provides healthcare regulatory and transactional counsel as it relates to mergers and acquisitions, compliance and operational matters.

Ashley earned her law degree with a Health Law Certificate from Belmont University College of Law and a B.S. in biology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. After completing her undergraduate studies, Ashley attended medical school for several years and also directed an after-school program at the PENCIL Foundation.
