Ambulatory Infusion Centers & Infusion Pharmacy
Our ambulatory infusion centers and infusion pharmacy attorneys combine deep industry insight and legal understandings of both pharmacy and buy and bill models to advise clients on the complexities of infusion offerings in varied sites of care, including home infusion, ambulatory infusion centers, health system infusion centers, infusion management, and pharmacy infusion. Our attorneys draw upon on experience across all aspects of an infusion business to provide comprehensive and business savvy guidance to clients, including knowledge in supply chain and class of trade issues; payor contracting and billing models; the 340B program; provider licensure and supervision; facility licensure; corporate practice of medicine and associated corporate formation issues of professional corporations; home health licensure and issues related to contractual relationships with nursing agencies; relationships with referral sources, such as medical directors; and joint ventures and collaborations, including joint ventures with hospitals.
Our infusion team includes industry veterans who have experience as both in-house general counsel and outside counsel for national infusion pharmacies and pharmacy service providers.
