Dante Lizza provides healthcare regulatory and transactional counsel as it relates to mergers and acquisitions, compliance and operational matters.

Dante earned his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. in politics and international affairs from Wake Forest University. During law school, Dante served as a legal extern at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and as an intern for the Honorable Thomas Parker of the U.S. District Court, Western District of Tennessee.
