Jeanne Marie Evans focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions as well as regulatory, compliance and operational issues for healthcare companies. She works with a range of the firm’s healthcare clients, including hospitals and health systems, physician practice management companies, specialty pharmacies, health plan providers, and others.
Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Jeanne Marie was an associate at Kutak Rock LLP in Missouri where she provided regulatory guidance to healthcare clients. Jeanne Marie earned her law degree with a Certificate of Health Law from Saint Louis University School of Law and received a B.A. in history and communication studies from Loyola University of Chicago.
