Davis Mello advises clients on corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture transactions, private securities offerings, public company reporting obligations and corporate governance. In addition, Davis has significant experience advising clients with respect to intellectual property and technology transactions. He represents both public and private companies across a variety of industries including technology, manufacturing and healthcare.

Davis earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University where he was a John W. Wade Scholar. He earned a B.S. in interdisciplinary business management and a B.A. in political science from Miami University, where he was a Harrison Scholar.

Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Davis was an associate at Harwell Howard Hyne Gabbert & Manner, P.C.
