Pharos Capital’s Family Treatment Network Acquires ABA of North Texas, LLC

We represented Family Treatment Network (FTN), a portfolio company of Pharos Capital Group, in its acquisition of ABA of North Texas, L.L.C., a Texas-based autism outpatient services provider for children and adolescents. Terms of the transaction were not publicly disclosed.

ABA of North Texas provides high quality behavioral services for children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Pharos Capital Group is an SEC Registered Investment Advisor. As of November 2018, Pharos has invested in 53 companies and currently has over $780 million of private equity assets under management.
