Devin Lintzenich is the Director of Professional Development & Retention at Bass, Berry & Sims. In this role, Devin leads attorney integration, training and development in concert with firm-wide and practice group strategy.

Focused equally on cultivating talent and providing excellent service to clients, the Professional Development program is designed to advance attorneys’ substantive knowledge, professional skills and client service.

Previously, Devin served as the Practice and Business Development Manager of the firm’s Corporate & Securities and Healthcare Practice Groups. She recently earned the Society for Human Resource Management’s Senior Certified Professional Credential (SHRM-SCP). Devin’s results-oriented programs are informed by her business development experience as well as her background in communications and education.
