Devin Lintzenich, the director of professional development & retention at Bass, Berry & Sims, has been selected to participate in the 2021 Class of Nashville Emerging Leaders. This annual leadership program brings together the most promising young professionals with the region’s top community and business leaders to cultivate Nashville’s leaders of tomorrow.
The 2021 class consists of 30 Middle Tennessee emerging leaders from a range of industries and backgrounds. Class members will participate in an 11-week program, during which they discuss critical issues facing our city and learn more about their own leadership styles and capacities in the process.
In her role as the director of professional development & retention Devin leads attorney integration, training and development in concert with firm-wide and practice group strategy. These initiatives are designed to advance attorneys’ substantive knowledge, professional skills and client service.
