We represented CRH Healthcare, parent company of Peachtree Immediate Care, in its acquisition of SmartCare Urgent Care. The new combined urgent care network will make it the largest network of urgent care centers in Georgia – totaling 25 greater Atlanta area locations with three more scheduled to open by the end of 2018.
