We represented Envision Healthcare (NYSE: EVHC) in its acquisition of Imaging Advantage LLC, a provider of comprehensive radiology services based in Santa Monica, California. The transaction will double the number of radiologists in the Envision fold and grow the number of studies the company performs to more than 10 million per year. Terms of the transaction are not disclosed.
