We represented Support LLC, a portfolio company of Petra Capital Partners and a provider of college counseling and a wide range of educational support and coaching including tutoring and help with executive functioning and ADHD, in its acquisition of Pueblo Community Resources, Inc., a community based residential treatment facility, intellectual disabilities and/or developmental disabilities. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
