Tennessee Wine & Spirits Acquired by Lipman Brothers

We represented Tennessee Wine & Spirits in its sale to Lipman Brothers, Tennessee’s oldest wine and spirits distributor. Under the terms of the deal, Tennessee Wine became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lipman Brothers. The value of the sale was not disclosed.
