We represented i3 Verticals (Nasdaq: IIIV), a software and technology company in healthcare, education, and public sectors, in its sale of its merchant services business, including its associated proprietary technology, to Payroc WorldAccess, LLC, a leading omni-channel payments provider for approximately $440 million.
