We represented Entrada Inc. in its sale to NextGen Healthcare Information Systems, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Quality Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: QSII) for $34 million. The Nashville-based company, Entrada, had revenue of approximately $12 million in the 2016 calendar year. The all-cash transaction closed April 2017.
