We were engaged in 2010 to serve as independent disclosure counsel to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Bank of America pursuant to a settlement order entered into by Bank of America and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) which required the engagement of independent counsel approved by the SEC. We continue to serve as counsel to the Audit Committee in connection with their review of the company’s disclosure documents.
