We represent a physician ratings software company in connection with the integration of AI into their existing services. We advised them on potential legal implications that could result from offering AI with the services they are already providing and mitigating risks involved with AI and customer interactions. Our representation includes negotiating service agreements for the addition of its new AI generated chat bot feature option in its Provider Guide; updating its terms of use and privacy policy to incorporate AI product features; and reviewing its AI chat bot product feature for compliance with HIPAA and Microsoft Azure’s responsible use policies.
