- Growth-Stage Advice & Strategy – Collaborating with executive management teams of growth stage companies to help them achieve their business objectives by advising on the development and implementation of the in-house legal and compliance functions, corporate governance, strategic planning, debt and equity transactions, franchising, regulatory compliance, and labor and employment issues.
- Sports, Fitness, Recreation & Wellness – Providing business-focused legal advice unique to companies in the sports, recreation, fitness and wellness industries, including protecting valuable IP and growing revenue through strategic licensing and sponsorship agreements.
- Intellectual Property Counseling – Advising businesses in ongoing strategic IP actions, including brand selection, trademark procurement and clearance, as well as counseling clients through the technical challenges related to IP throughout business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital investment transactions, domestic and international licensing negotiations, corporate sponsorships, and media partnerships.
- Intellectual Property & Commercial Litigation – Representing businesses in IP disputes and challenges, including enforcement of trademarks and copyrights, false advertising claims and commercial disputes.
