We represent Ardent Health Services in all information technology and intellectual property agreements, including ongoing representation of Ardent’s project implementation of technology of Epic Systems Corporation. The project pulled together 14 hospitals and three clinics on a single platform, replacing 80 information systems currently in use across its facilities in the Southwest. Ardent became the first investor-owned hospital company to use Epic throughout its entire organization. We continue to represent Ardent in connection with related ongoing negotiations of Epic agreements and third-party vendor relationships in connection with Ardent’s rollout of the Epic Care Everywhere and Community Connect platforms.
