Tatjana counsels private equity funds and their portfolio companies, strategic acquirers and multinational publicly traded corporations in the structuring, negotiation and consummation of acquisition transactions. To date, Tatjana has closed more than $22 billion in M&A transactions and more than $25 billion in overall transactions, including most recently representing Wellvana, a value-based healthcare solutions company, in its strategic acquisition of the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) business from CVS Accountable Care, a subsidiary of CVS Health (NYSE: CVS); and representing Intelligent Locations, a leading provider of AI-powered real-time location system software for healthcare enterprises, in connection with an investment from Marlin Equity Partners.
She frequently provides insight on trends and topics impacting M&A across industry sectors and most recently co-authored an article “Key Considerations in Healthcare Technology M&A,” for ACG Middle Market Growth; and co-led the release of the 2025 Private Target Mergers & Acquisitions Deal Points Study, an in-depth examination of the prevalence of certain provisions in publicly available private target mergers and acquisitions transactions during a specified time period that was released by the Market Trends Subcommittee of the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Business Law Section’s M&A Committee.
