Stevie Chamberlain assists companies in closing a variety of financing transactions. Her clients include real estate owners, developers, public companies and private-equity-backed businesses.
Her practice includes:
- Real Estate Finance: Advising borrowers on a wide range of real estate financing matters, including acquisition and construction loans, agency financings, and securitized facilities (including CMBS).
- Public Company Finance: Representing borrowers in connection with credit facilities and other debt arrangements that support public company operations, growth strategies, and capital markets activity, including syndicated loan facilities, asset-based secured financings and revolving credit facilities.
- Private Equity Finance: Advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on financing aspects of acquisitions, recapitalizations, refinancings, and ongoing credit arrangements, including negotiating sponsor-backed credit facilities and coordinating financing terms in connection with broader corporate transactions.
Stevie earned her law degree from Emory University School of Law and an M.A. in sociology and a B.A. in psychology from the University of South Carolina.
