We represented Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN), a privately held physical therapy care provider and comprehensive practice management organization, in its acquisition of 360 Physical Therapy, an operator of 19 outpatient clinics across Arizona and Oklahoma. This transaction expands its Arizona presence and entrance into Oklahoma bringing their nationwide clinic count to 181 across 16 states.
