Nicole Milani assists clients with commercial finance and real estate transactions. Her practice primarily involves:
- Representing developers, investors and owners in the acquisition, financing, disposition, and leasing of real property.
- Representing borrowers and lenders in financing transactions, including acquisition and construction loans, term loan facilities, asset based secured financings and revolving credit facilities.
Nicole also collaborates with the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group on corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, for public and private companies, which involve financing and real estate issues.
Nicole earned her law degree from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and a B.A. in history from Rhodes College. During law school, Nicole served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Bernice B. Donald of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
