Jennifer McLellan advises clients on complex and strategic business transactions, with an emphasis on cross-border and domestic mergers, acquisitions and dispositions. She represents public and private companies in a number of industries, including the healthcare, technology and financial services industries. Jennifer also works with private equity firms and portfolio companies making investments, acquisitions and dispositions in these industries.

Jennifer regularly counsels companies on a wide variety of corporate governance, day-to-day corporate, as well as transactional matters. She also has experience assisting public companies in their periodic securities law filings, proxy statements and related shareholder meeting materials.

Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Jennifer was a senior associate at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP in New York where she represented companies in a variety of complex transactional matters. Jennifer earned a law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and an undergraduate degree from Tulane University, double majoring in political science and dance.
