Brianne Kerbyson focuses her practice on estate planning, tax law, and business law. Brianne represents family offices, high net worth individuals and families, and large family-owned and closely-held entities in sophisticated estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax planning, business succession planning, business transactions, income tax planning, and estate and trust administration.

Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Brianne was an associate at Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz P.C. in its Nashville office where, in addition to her estate planning practice, she advised both for-profit and nonprofit entities on various income tax matters, tax elections, and tax efficient reorganizations. In 2022, Brianne was a recipient of the Baker Donelson pro bono award recognizing a strong commitment to providing access to justice in the Nashville community.
