Annie Batcheller counsels clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and securities regulations matters and filings.

Annie earned her law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law and a B.A. in political science and minors in business & economics and studio art from the University of Notre Dame. During her undergraduate studies, Annie served as intern in the Office of Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam and as an intern to Member of Parliament and Home Office Minister Ben Wallace in the House of Commons (London).
