Our attorneys present classes on business formation and provide individual entrepreneurs with one-on one legal counsel, advising the new business owners on a variety of issues including business formation, funding, employment and taxation. This work has a real impact on economic disparity: according to statistics available from the Small Business Administration, the economic impact of The Academy is estimated at $6 million dollars annually.
