Nashville, Tenn., (May 17, 2012) – Bass, Berry & Sims PLC is pleased to welcome two new associates to the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice in the Nashville office: Andrea N. Orr and Brian L. Sims.
Orr is rejoining the firm after working for three years at HealthSpring, Inc. Her practice will focus on matters relating to corporate governance, securities offerings and mergers and acquisitions. She earned her law degree from Wake Forest University and received a B.A from the University of Tennessee.
Sims earned his law degree in 2010 from Vanderbilt University and his undergrad from the University of South Carolina. Prior to joining the firm, Sims served as Assistant General Counsel at the Tennessee Department of Health.
