Douglas W. Dahl II (Nashville) – Dahl has a broad practice advising both public and private companies on all issues related to the legal compliance and tax-qualification of ERISA-covered employee benefit plans, as well as executive compensation and equity plan matters. He regularly assists with employee benefit issues that arise during and following various corporate transactions and events, such as mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and bankruptcies. Dahl earned an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center (2007), a J.D. from Samford University Cumberland School of Law (2006) and a B.A. from Kansas State University (2002).

Lara A. Flatau (Nashville) – Flatau counsels healthcare companies on joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and other strategic transactions. She works with clients to structure operations in compliance with federal and state regulatory and operational issues and offers guidance on day-to-day matters, including healthcare regulatory analysis, licensure and other issues related to the corporate practice of medicine. Flatau earned a J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School (2009) and a B.A. from Vanderbilt University (2005).

Charles G. Jarboe (Nashville) – Jarboe concentrates his practice on complex business and commercial litigation matters. He has successfully represented clients in federal and state courts throughout the United States, in arbitrations and mediations, and before government regulatory agencies. Jarboe also regularly advises businesses during their contract negotiations and drafting with an eye toward minimizing future risk. Jarboe earned a J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law (2009) and a B.A. from the University of Virginia (2006).

Sehrish Siddiqui (Memphis) – Siddiqui counsels a wide variety of public companies primarily in the areas of corporate finance, compliance and governance. She has served as counsel to underwriters, agents and issuers for more than 100 initial public offerings, follow-on offerings and at-the-market programs of various NYSE- and Nasdaq-traded entities. Siddiqui earned a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center (2009) and a B.A. from the University of Memphis (2005).

Justin T. Starling (Memphis) – Starling advises clients on complex commercial real estate and financial transactions. He represents developers, investors, borrowers and lenders in all aspects of commercial real estate investment. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in more than $10 billion in financings and $2.5 billion in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development and redevelopment projects. Starling earned a J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law (2008), an M.C.R.P. from the University of Memphis (2004) and a B.A. from Rhodes College (2002).

Erica Bell Vick (Nashville) – Vick serves as legislative counsel to a number of businesses and trade associations and is a registered lobbyist with extensive experience representing the interests of clients before the Tennessee General Assembly and the state executive branch. Throughout her career, Vick has worked on multiple landmark public policy initiatives and represented clients in matters where government and business intersect. Vick earned a J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law (2003) and a B.A. from the University of Tennessee (2000).
