Annie T. Christoff (Memphis) – Christoff concentrates her practice in complex business, securities and patent litigation. She represents clients in traditional business litigation, intellectual property litigation, securities litigation and arbitration, and commercial disputes. Christoff earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center (2007) and a B.A., cum laude, from Tulane University (2000).

Jason S. Lewallen (Nashville) – Lewallen advises both public and private companies on real estate, finance and general commercial law matters. He works closely with his clients throughout all aspects of their transactions, with a focus on helping them achieve the desired business objectives in a practical, timely and cost-effective manner. Lewallen obtained his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law (2007) and a B.S., magna cum laude, from Tennessee Technological University (2002).

Philip M. Lewis (Memphis) – Lewis represents business entities in connection with mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, joint ventures and other tax and corporate matters. He received his LL.M. in Tax from New York University School of Law (2008) and his J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School (2007). Lewis earned his M.Acc. from Rhodes College (2004) and his B.B.A. from Southern Methodist University (2002). In addition, Lewis is a Certified Public Accountant.

R. Gregory Parker (Nashville) – Parker counsels technology companies on the procurement and enforcement of intellectual property rights. He focuses on patent, trademark, trade secrets, and copyright litigation, representing clients in a diverse range of technologies in intellectual property disputes across the country. Parker obtained his J.D., cum laude, from Notre Dame Law School (2006) and his B.A., cum laude, from Vanderbilt University (2003).

Shelley R. Thomas (Nashville) – Thomas represents clients in the development, commercialization, transfer and protection of intellectual property assets. She advises clients on intellectual property and technology issues related to mergers and acquisitions, license agreements and other transactions. Thomas earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law (2008) and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Vanderbilt University (2004).
