Wright Medical Group Acquires Cartiva, Inc.

We served as lead counsel to Wright Medical Group N.V. (Nasdaq: WMGI) in the acquisition of Cartiva, Inc., a privately-held orthopaedic medical device company dedicated to improving the quality of life of patients with osteoarthritis, cartilage damage and other musculoskeletal conditions, for $435 million. Cartiva focuses on treatment of osteoarthritis of the great toe. The transaction was completed in October 2018.
