Bass, Berry & Sims Announced as Finalist for the 18th Annual M&A Advisor Awards

Bass, Berry & Sims was named a finalist in nine deal categories for the 18th Annual M&A Advisor Awards, which recognizes leading dealmakers, firms, and transactions over the past year.

  • Restructuring Deal of the Year ($100MM-$1B)

Merger of Engility Holdings, Inc. with Science Applications International Group

  • Industrials Deal of the Year (Over $1B)
  • Corporate/Strategic Deal of the Year ($1B-$5B)
  • Private Equity Deal of the Year (Over $1B)

Acquisition of Cartiva, Inc. by Wright Medical Group

  • Corporate/Strategic Deal of the Year ($250MM-$500MM)

Bass, Berry & Sims has been selected from the nominees in the first stage of evaluation. An independent panel of judges will now select the ultimate award winners in each category to be announced at the 18th Annual M&A Advisor Awards Gala on Tuesday, November 19 at the New York Athletic Club in New York.
