Tax-Exempt Financing for Youth Recreation Center in Inner City Knoxville

We served as bond counsel in connection with a tax-exempt financing for the Change Center, a nonprofit organization that is constructing a youth recreation center in the inner city of Knoxville. The Change Center’s recreational facility will include a skating rink, climbing wall, movie wall, concert stage, jobs initiative center, indoor basketball court, and game and activity center.
