Regent Surgical Health Closes Strategic Investment from TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P. and Ascension Capital

We represented Regent Surgical Health, an ambulatory surgery center management and development company, in its strategic investment from TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P., an international investment management firm, and Ascension Capital, an investment affiliate of Ascension. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

This transaction was named a a finalist in the following categories for the 20th Annual M&A Advisor Awards in 2021:
