We represented HigherDOSE, a growth stage wellness technology product and services company, in the negotiation of its first major retail distribution agreement with beauty giant Sephora. With the agreement, Sephora has obtained the rights to sell HigherDOSE products, including infrared home spa devices and a variety of other wellness products, at its more than 600 stores across the United States and Canada, as well as on the Sephora website and the Sephora App.
