We represented Pinnacle Bank in the $40 million financing of a new retail and entertainment complex across the street from Graceland in Memphis to be known as Elvis: Past, Present & Future. The financing includes the use of certain public revenue streams. This development is part of a greater modernization of the area surrounding Graceland being orchestrated by the entity that runs the property, Elvis Presley Enterprises.
