We represented the University Neighborhood District Corporation in a successful cooperative effort with The University of Memphis to obtain TIF financing for the redevelopment of the streetscape along the Highland Strip adjacent to the University. The Highland Strip redevelopment is part of a broader effort to revitalize the college district with more than $350 million in new construction and renovations since 2014.
