Bass, Berry & Sims Team Wins $102 Million for Trinity Medical Center

A team of our attorneys recently won a $102 million arbitration award for Trinity Medical Center, a North Dakota-based hospital system, against Cerner (Nasdaq: CERN) a healthcare technology company. In its lawsuit, Trinity alleged that the accounting software purchased from Cerner was defective and resulted in thousands of billing errors and financial damages.

Trinity Medical Center is a North Dakota-based nonprofit, fully-integrated healthcare system.
