We have served as both bond counsel and underwriter’s counsel in approximately $500 million of financings for nonprofit colleges and universities across Tennessee since 2015. Our work has involved financings for Vanderbilt University, Lipscomb University, Lee University, University of the South (Sewanee), Rhodes College and Trevecca Nazarene University, among others.
