Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Samar Ali will moderate a panel at the Our Muslim Neighbor Conference: The Power of Rhetoric and Imagery. The panel is titled, “Racism and Islamophobia: The National and Local Conversation.” Topics include:
- A discussion on the relationship between racism and Islamophobia
- An overview of the current national conversation on these two issues
- How the national conversation intersects with issues in Middle Tennessee
The conference will take place on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at the Nashville Public Library.
