This event will bring together a group of 50 women in alternative investments looking to deepen relationships and learn from curated content, all in their hometown.

This panel will cover key issues affecting private equity funds including the Corporate Transparency ACT, HSR filings, merger guidelines and state approvals for healthcare transactions, an update on non competes, and recent deal terms/market update.
