This event will bring together a group of 50 women in alternative investments looking to deepen relationships and learn from curated content, all in their hometown.
Bass, Berry & Sims member Tatjana Paterno will speak on a panel titled, “Private Equity Outlook.” Tatjana will speak alongside Kelly Ford Buckley, Partner at Edison Partners; Theresa Sexton, Managing Partner at Claritas Capital; Olivia Capra, Principal at First Cressey Ventures and Lisa Nix, Partner at LBMC will moderate the panel. The economic boom and growth of the financial district in Nashville has boosted the city’s recognition outside of healthcare and music. Private Equity is booming with over 30 firms in Nashville. This panel of influential women in the private equity ecosystem of the Music City will share their outlook on the industry as we hit the midpoint of 2024 and make plans for 2025. In addition, Bass, Berry & Sims member Angela Humphreys will moderate a panel titled “Need to Know Blitz.” Angela will cover the quick “blitz” for insights on what you need to know now about issues affecting Private Equity. She will cover topics such as the Corporate Transparency Act, HSR filings, merger guidelines and state approvals for HC transactions, deal terms and much more.
