Bass, Berry & Sims attorneys Lucas Ross Smith and Kathryn Walker will speak at the seminar Everything You Don’t Know About E-Discovery (But Wish You Did) hosted by the National Business Institute (NBI). Lucas will speak on the topic of “New Ethical Pitfalls You Need to be Aware of,” and Kathryn will speak on “New e-Discovery Sources, Tips and Tactics.”
The seminar will be held Wednesday, October 30 from 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. at the Doubletree Hotel Nashville. This course has been approved by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education for a maximum of 6.0 hours of credit, including 1.0 hour of ethics.
