Bass, Berry & Sims attorneys Emily Burrows and Kris Kemp will present the Strategies for Effective Contract Management session at the Billion Dollar CLO Roundtable hosted by the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors (NAWD) on November 15, 2022. The two-day event will be hosted at the Hilton O’Hare in Chicago, Illinois, with programming regarding topics such as workforce trends and generational dynamics, labor law and regulation, government relations updates, and additional general education sessions. Kris and Emily’s session will focus on helping distributors develop a framework for their contract management lifecycle with the goal of improving both efficiency and quality of outcomes.
