Bass, Berry & Sims member Sehrish Siddiqui will present on a webinar for XBRL US, Inc., titled “Quarterly versus Semiannual – Implications of SEC Rule Amendments.” Sehrish, alongside co-speakers Adrien Cloutier of Morningstar and Sandra Peters of CFA Institute, will provide an examination of a recent proposal published by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) recommending the filing of semiannual reports on new Form 10-S in lieu of quarterly reports on Form 10-Q. The program will include a discussion about the pros and cons of quarterly versus semiannual reporting, and the implications of the SEC proposal if it moves ahead as proposed.
The webinar will take place on June 25, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. CT. Following the conclusion of the program, it will be released for on-demand viewing.
