Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Fritz Richter participated in a panel discussion which explored the intersection of estate planning and retirement plan administration at the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel’s (ACEBC) 2018 Induction Ceremony’s Educational Program on September 15. The program preceded the 2018 Induction Ceremony and Dinner, hosted in Bass, Berry & Sims’ Nashville office and attended by leading employee benefits attorneys from across the country.
The ACEBC is dedicated to elevating the standards and advancing the public’s understanding of the practice of employee benefits law.
