Bass, Berry & Sims attorney David Esquivel will interview Kirk Davies, Clerk of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, about the clerk’s work and the court’s pro bono initiatives during the Nashville Bar Association’s (NBA) Advanced Federal Court Practice Institute. This program — produced by the NBA Federal Court Committee — will present information directly relevant to federal practice in this district, including a discussion with our magistrate judges, a Sixth Circuit case law update, and an ethics component featuring David’s interview with Kirk.
